Do 7 Bank Statements a month. Keep a detailed Cash Flow by the day. Go over accounts payable each week and decide which checks needed to be written. i do several excel spreadsheets each month to track our business. Attend meetings with Director of Operations and our managers to discuss up coming events and what major purchases need to made and what time line I have to work with to have the money in place. I am out of work because my company closed down. I enjoy working but am not interested in being controller. I have some knee problems and use a cane, so a job that requires a lot of stairs or walking is not a good fit for me.
