Dec 2012 - Current Comcast- Communications Tech 5 Advanced South Boston, Ma Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and resolving escalated customer issues for all Company commercial products in
accordance with the Company procedures, NEC, NESC and OSHA requirements. Installed advanced products from other manufactures such as Cisco VOIP phone systems as well as Cisco switches and firewalls, EdgeMarc multi service gateways for VOIP and SIP trunking, Ciena switches as well as many other products.
