Title : Hacksaw and Shaping Machine using Scotch Yoke Mechanism

Duration : 4 months

Description: In our project we are using hacksaw and Shaping Machine using scotch yoke

mechanism to perform the operation in two way process. Hacksaw is used for the cutting process and the other side is used as turning to give the finishing.

MAIN PROJECT

Title : Hydro-Pneumatic Automation Of A Power Press

Duration : 4 months

Description : In our project we used hydro-pneumatic power press using low cost automation and deals with mainly emphasizes on reduction of working time and labour cost. This working time has ben reduced in order to increase the productivity of any industry, this device also ensures safety of the operator’s . Pneumatic also ensures safer operation and hydraulic power used in order to obtain high pressure and to avoid fluctuation.

WORK EXPERIENCE

I have been working with GCM Industries, Coimbatore as a production supervisor for past one year. I have hands of experience in CNC machine handling, its operation, usage of tools and inserts in the machinery and programming.
