● Strain Build Team:

Utilized Tecan and Echo robotic systems for competent cell preparation in 96-well and 384-well formats; electroporation; banking interesting strains for further testing; troubleshooting transformation efficiencies, growth rates, and biological controls.

Worked autonomously to build and execute proof of concept experiments to optimize HTP electroporation techniques for bacterial transformation; transferred knowledge to Engineering team for further optimization.

Assisted the Implementation/Optimization Team in workflow investigations to help uncover failure modes i.e.causes of contaminations and breaks in the pipeline.
