I started working in 1974 in the construction industry. (Carpentry and Tenant Improvement). In 1981 I began working an inside sales order desk position with heavy phones, detailed product knowledge and customer support requirements. Manual inventory control progressing to an IBM System 36. Hired by one of my customers in 1986 to measure and bid commercial and residential cabinet and countertop jobs in the greater Phoenix area. Returned to my past employer and worked there on the order desk, reception, purchasing, custom door shop scheduling, and eventually worked in the warehouse becoming the warehouse manager. I was the primary substitute for the company's Operations Manager when he was absent. I only left Rugby IPD Corp. after 17 years due to a life-threatening illness with post-surgical complications that barred me from my previous duties. I wish to re-enter the work force and put my life experience and dedication back to productive use. Work Experience

Duties:Inside sales, inventory control, material handling, shipping, receiving. Load and unload truck and railcar shipments. Planned the layout and logistical flow of the warehouse. Devised and implemented load plans for scheduled route deliveries on a daily basis. Built custom residential entry doors.
