Install configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and group policy. Wi-Fi setup and maintain Zone Directors and AP’s with 2 step authentication and security for wide area mesh.

Design Microsoft networks; install firewalls, site-site VPN, SSL signing, VPN, switches, web filters, proxy servers, and cabling as needed. Dell SonicWALL, Sophos, Meraki (Cisco) routers.

Recommend and install various antiviruses, anti-malware, and spyware solutions for home and business corporations along with other products for Outlook and Exchange servers including Cloud services.

Configure backup solutions for clients including Cloud backup with encryption.

Created and maintained client computer images, make HIPPA compliant with standard implementation and guidelines as required by HIPPA.

Installed various software applications standard and customer specific including Microsoft LYNC 2013 now Skype for Business.

Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements, sometimes training user the fundamentals.
