I scheduled all the user stories for the sprints. Assigned stories to offshore SQA recourses held meeting after Kick off to insure everyone was familiar with the story and had all resources to cover.

SQA team members emailed me with any issues. Many times the issues they had were due to configuration not code, or invalid test scenario. I would run the scenarios and determine If a bug story was needed or user just needed to configure their application appropriately

Handled any issues that came up during the sprint IE: Systems down, clarification, bug, configuration ect… I was the SQA Point of contract. SQA could ask questions if time permitted on the Development leads weekly scrum however if information was needed during sprint they would come to me

Cost Basis - Area expert - Cost basis is application developed to be in compliance with the Dodd Frank Act. I created and tested the web page and the content. Under the Dodd Frank Rules Equities and Mutual funds were reportable for 2011. I wrote all the test cases for functional testing which included Corporate Actions. I worked with the offshore SQA team who exxcuted the test cases and reported the results to me If any defects were found I would determine if it was a bug/or the test case was done incorrectly.

In 2014 fixed income and Derivatives were reportable. I wrote all the test cases or the functional testing. For Fixed income it included test cases for the Acquisition premium, Market Discount, bond premium, and accruals which all had specific rules under Dodd Frank. For The Derivatives our clients held primarily options so I wrote test plans for all options scenarios and limited futures and swaps scenarios

oOff Shore tested and reported results back to me. I would determine if issues were bug, configuration or test case was processed incorrectly

oHad Offshore SQA team work on automation when there was down time. They completed the Equities portion and simple corporate actions. (Any compound corporate actions had to be run manually)

oOffshore would run the scripts and report back to me if any issues were discovered. Again I would determine if it was a bug/configuration/or user error.

XSP - XSP is a corporate actions system. SunGard acquired XSP and I work with the integration team. XSP is a more streamlined approach to Corporate Actions processes where there is less manual intervention.

oI created the test plans and assigned all applicable test cases to offshore team. Any issues I look at to determine origin.
