10-year experience as a director of quality and a general manager of a factory manufacturing the sub-assembly of memory modules.

Managed planning, procurement, production, manufacturing (SMT), engineering, quality control and assurance, and sales operation.

Successively introduced specialty memory modules such as VLP with master and salve card and Hybrid Memory Cards (DRAM + Flash).

Produced Flash products such as CF, SD, mSATA, and USB in house or in subcontractors.

Familiar with military standard test method.

Experience with quality systems such as SPC, DOE, ISO, 8D, FMEA etc.

Experience and Knowledge of qualification testing, reliability testing, continuous improvement, failure/root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Fluent in English and Korean, and intermediate level in Chinese.
