Created and presented vendor assessments and recommendations based on quality and value criteria to team leadership using Adobe Creative Suite products.

Identified significant issues in Apple Maps to create resolutions in data refresh on a country by country basis and screened over 600 user-reported problems in Apple Maps to correct issues resulting in better user experience.

Communication

As a GIS data analyst for Apple I worked with a large team of maps analysts and collaborated to resolve both user-reported and self-identified map issues.

As an intern for Guilford County I was a part of a team in which I had to communicate and collaborate with various kinds of GIS specialists. I worked directly with GIS analysts, GIS mappers, as well as the GIS Manager, to help achieve the team’s objectives.

As Program Director at WUAG, I was the liaison between DJs and the University. My job was to ensure a good working relationship between all parties.
