Responsibilities

I receive pc boards from maskers then place them in a plasma machine for better adhesion for

promotion process. The parts then get hung on racks in groups depending on recipe. The rack

is then moved to coating machines with all run sheets for each board is logged for tracking each

part to what machine and recipe used, all lot numbers are also recorded with a run number for

tracking if any problems arise. I maintain and run all ten of the coating machines and in the process of the trouble shooting stage.

Accomplishments

I have the willingness to go to work and follow the processes of each particular board and make

sure it gets back to the customer better protected than when it arrived at our facility. The companies that send their products to us expect quality and we provide that every day.

I maintain the maintain the machines to the letter of the process because any errors will contaminate boards that are used for aircraft or medical can affect someones life in the end.
