Preparation of client bill as per drawing by using AutoCAD & site record according to site progress & takeoff all quantities as per drawing with AutoCAD.

Verification of agencies bills as per drawing & with respect to site measurements.

Co-ordination with site engineer regarding site progress & contractors bill.

Co-ordination with contractors, consultant, client & preparation of daily site progress report & reporting to superior, consultant & client.

Preparation of bar bending schedule & coordination with bar bending contractor.

Preparing rate analysis for extra items and to finalize the same from clients.

Preparation of back to back reconciliation statement for all items, materials on Microsoft excel.

Premeasured all measurements of RA Bills.
