OJECTIVE:

Seeking position in a stimulating and result oriented Mechanical and Production based environment where my qualifications and experience will be enhanced. Worked as a Maintenance Technician, Assembler in different companies and oil refineries in USA and abroad for 6 years.

WORK SUMMARY:

Worked with the Operations and Maintenance of production lines, rotary/stationary machines and equipments of different Petrochemical Plants in a fast pace environment. Followed Processing Procedures and Trouble shoot problems associated with the entire plant’s equipment and production. This included equipment’s adjustments, repairs, minimizing downtime, maintaining quality production and testing the product, followed all the risk and safety procedures.

Worked with company’s manuals, drawings, instructions and followed company’s specifications. Worked in emergency calls, assigned jobs to the plant’s workers and made decisions to troubleshoot problems. Supervised daily operations, maintenance, process and trouble shoot computerized reports. Followed preventive maintenance procedures, ordered and maintained spare parts availability in stock.

Also repaired/worked on Pumps, Mechanical Seals, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Columns/Towers, Furnaces, Pipelines, Vessels and different kind of valves including Safety or Relief valves. Supervised and scheduled manpower and equipment according to job requirements such as machine maintenance and plant shut downs. Worked independently and also with other workers.
