Roles and responsibilities:

Verifying all the supplier Material Test certificate as per TDS During Incoming Inspection of Raw Material.

Take follow up with outdoor lab for Raw Material testing reports and monitoring lead time for testing.

Responsible for gauge planning- Attribute & variable type and verifying the calibration reports.

Responsible for new project parts inspection (Plastic & Sheet Metal) & analyzing the inspection reports.

Responsible for ECN Monitoring.

Preparing all the QA/QC documents (PPAP documents) i.e. PFC,PFMEA,CP,QP,SOP/OGS,PDIR,SPC,MSA,Work Instruction etc. and hand over the project to production Quality after customer PSW sign off.

Tool Inspection for not ok dimensions & take follow up with tool room for tool correction.

Conducting System, Product & Process audits & maintaining documents as per plan.

Conducting Measurement system analysis (MSA) study for gauges & instruments.

Monitoring periodical layout inspections.

New Development Sample Inspection of Gears machined parts & machined forgings, shafts and sheet metal parts.

Responsible for incoming inspection material for assigned suppliers.

Addressing assembly problems due to component issues.

Root cause analysis for rework & rejection of transmission assemblies..

Communication of root cause of rejection to supplier, arranging containment action, & follow-up with supplier for corrective & preventive actions.

Verifying all the supplier reports like SIR, MTC, SST, Plating report as per QP.

Take follow up with metallurgy lab for reports and monitoring lead time for inspection

Linear height gauge( 1D and 2D)
