Secured a four year grant used to overhaul one of the agency's Single Room Occupancy (SRO) facilities. Developed a four year-member support community for adolescents abused emotionally, physically and sexually as children. Served five year program participants who went on to earn high school diplomas or GEDs. Recognized by the Child Abuse Prevention Council as the “Calvert County Children's Protective Services Worker of the Year” in 2010. Delivered services that resulted in 80% of assigned clients remaining eligible for housing during tenure. Achieved a 80% enrollment in college and job-training programs among high school-age clients.
