Responsibilities and duties:

1. Leading and supervising the maintenance and Production team to understand and implement policies and procedures.

2. Responsible for mechanical maintenance of 11 production lines, 14 Overhead cranes and 5 compressors.

3. Ensure that equipment is performing effectively and efficiently. 4. Monitor maintenance and overhaul activities and usage of tools adhering to safety regulations. 5. Ensure the utilization of resources to the correct tasks 6. Responsible for achieving the plant KPIs related to assigned objectives 7. Assist in Defining, maintain the maintenance tools and report the tools depreciation 8. Dealing with daily trouble shootings

9. Make cost-effective benefit of the maintenance programs. 10. Assess risks, carryout Risk Analysis and plan corrective actions as and when required. 11. Supervise the subcontractors activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency 12. Report planned performance progress and implement corrective actions. 13. Prepare and implement the daily mechanical job plan 14. Prepare the daily and monthly report; and Prepare planned shutdown reports drafts. 15. Communicate, implement and control the objectives break down to subordinates 16. Prepare different mechanical maintenance plans and schedules for different equipment like hydraulic, pneumatic circuits, pumps, compressors, Diesel Engines, overhead hoist cranes, power transmission systems, Fire Fighting system, Air conditioning, etc Accomplishments:

1. Modification of manual punching system to Fully Automated punching system [ PLC (HMI) – Precision (servo) system ] .

2. Modification of the bearing system BRADBURY Forming Machine (Purlins) saving nearly 130k annually from the enhanced efficiency of frictional losses and down-time. 3. Modification of hydraulics of UMV Sheet Cutting Machine to increase its cutting capacity up to 20mm thickness instead of being previously 16mm steel.. 4. Modification of Pneumatic Valve (Ross) for Wave Forming Machine saving nearly 40k By changing it with a same function Valve.
