Roles and Experience

May 2015 – PRESENT Hogarth Worldwide for Apple Inc. - QA Engineer

Identify and utilize user needs and work on the external user facing content.

Perform functional, ad-hoc testing, performance testing, localization and Voice Over (accessibility) testing across platforms,cross browsers, iOS and Androids.

Work on multiple apple products/agnostics.

Work across the stages of Content Management Process collaborating the Content Need, work with internal cross functional teams around designing, graphics animation and more.

Work towards the designing, tool configuration, development, staging, auditing and publishing for the apple.com

Involved in timelines, SLA, work distribution, and ownerships.

I’m part of the team that works with cross functional teams and is responsible for all the front end/end user content on the apple.com

Instrumental in supporting all these changes, viz. content related to the new product launch, feature changes, product issues and support, help center and articles, user feedback data collection resulting into content change analysis and new updates.

Part of monitoring and reviewing the analytics for user engagement, data points such as how many visits, time spent on each page and sections etc.

I leverage my technical HTML, CSS, JS and Python skills to identify the scope of the issues and raise relevant errors to the engineering teams and develop some python scripts to automate the workflow.

Involved in bug triaging, tracking process and prioritizing the scope and severity of the bugs and product go/no go approval.

Create and build standard operating procedures, process templates, project documentation and workflow guidelines.

Help train and mentor new hires.

Ensuring and monitoring the same standards are maintained across the different geos in the world/Localization eg. Product launch dates, pricing, content etc.

Worked on their JavaScript SDK for testing SDK in indoor maps and used Leaflet and Solr for enhancing the Map functionality and search engine.

June 2014-Oct 2014 Active Scaler, Sunnyvale - Intern

Worked on the next generation IoT protocols with node.js. Tested their Processes and functionality.

Worked with test scripts in Java implementing test in Selenium Web Driver and familiar with REST APIs.
