PROFILE – Experienced and knowledgeable building contractor for over 30 years
As a Construction Superintendent for 15 years, I have demonstrated strong leadership ability and was responsible for overseeing the completion of housing developments that included everything from single family homes to three-story 30 and 40 unit condominiums. Prior to that, I owned my own construction company and built custom homes as a skilled carpenter.
During my recent period of unemployment, I have remained steadfast and dedicated to keeping myself current with my craft by taking continuing education courses, completing numerous construction projects, and receiving an additional contractor’s license in another state. I hope to continue to use my professional experience to aid in the construction of commercial, multi-family and residential dwellings.
