Maintenance: Installation, calibration, loop checking, zero checking of the field instruments (Rosemount, ABB, Masoneilan, Honeywell, and Yokogawa.)

Maintenance and calibration of control valve (masoneilan,Fisher), valve positioned

(Fisher), solenoid valve (Maxseal, Asco, Skinner, Versa).

Construction: instrumentation Cabling, Tray works, Cable Glanting & Terminations tubing, Airline works, Assists in Megaring, stainless steel impulse tubing,

Familiar with field Instrumentation & documentation: P&ID, Hook up, diagram, Functional diagram and loop diagram.

Installation Junction Box’s, cable trays, ladders and support in the field and control room

During this works period the job is associates with servicing, Calibration and reconditioning of several type of instrument such as: Masoneilan, Rosemount and fisher pneumatic & Electronic Transmitters. Also maintenance and reconditioning of control valves with I/P converter calibration of masoneilan.

Carried out new instruments configuration, calibration, installation and commissioning.

Oil Refinery project commissioned. During erection and commissioning done pressure, temperature, level and flow related instruments calibration, installation and loop check with HART Communicator and Simulator.

I have knowledge of Field bus Foundation communication system and hart communicator system also loop checking and troubleshooting also knowledge.

Participate safety meeting and tool box talk.

Good knowledge of relevant international standards & project management tools.

Monitoring, evaluating & recommending trends, developments & best practices within the surrounding industry, in order to add value to industry by disseminating the latest technical knowledge.
