EMD-Q/Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate all emergency calls that come through the call center. These calls are taken by Advanced EMD Certified employees. The call is graded using the AQUA program. All call information is entered into the AQUA Phoenix program. These calls are reviewed and discussed with individual Dispatchers acknowledging the strong points and if necessary, the negatives of these calls.
