Provided and managed high-quality and critical nursing care to patients with traumatic injuries & acute/chronic medical conditions in a fast paced, 14 bed Trauma ICU & Stepdown Unit at an academic medical center.

Charge Nurse

Supervised, trained, & provided administrative direction to a 30-staff team in a 14-bed unit.
