I have been a RN for 26 years, during which time I have had the privilege of gaining valuable experience in a variety of different areas of healthcare/nursing (including acute and post-acute care). For nearly half of my career I have held positions in nursing leadership including Director of Nursing. Director of Quality Management and Director of Staff Development. Currently my role consists of, in part, clinical record auditing for Home Health and Hospice, (QAPI) which I also enjoy.
