Responsible supervision of register, licensed, and certified nursing to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice, coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practices through physician orders and observation and decision-making skills. I am on 24 hours call with facility to meet high standard care to make sure each patient physical, psychological and medical needs met on daily basis. Review admission inquiry and approved admission. Participated in inter-disciplinary nursing team meeting to improve policies/procedures and to ensure adherence to safety procedures. First survey in september no nursing deficiency.
