Completed the smooth transition of 2 government facilities to the new ownership creating a seamless turnover on all active vendor contracts as well as setting in place all vendor contracts for 1 purchased government operational facility in the Austin Texas area.

Created annual budgets for 13 GSA operated facilities totaling 508,680 square feet, and established all local vendor contracts for each location. Created a Maintenance program for all HVAC, UPS, Life Safety, and Emergency Generators, servicing each location throughout the state of Texas. Brownsville, McAllen, Mission, Corpus Christi, Austin, Temple, Greenville, Dallas, Texas, and Tulsa Oklahoma.

Approved and paid all invoices and reported on variance reports to upper management and Asset Mangers representing ownership. Coordinated capital expense projects between project managers, contractors, and tenants. Conducted weekly site visits and maintained all city and state code compliance as well as CAM and TI requirements.

Collaborated with 5 Area Managers to restructure the demarcation lines within the state of Texas in order to streamline 45 million sq. ft. of portfolios for the property management team resulting in a more pragmatic way of prioritizing the recovery and servicing of key facilities and equipment at the local level.
