Completed the smooth transition of 2 government facilities to the new ownership creating a seamless turnover on all active vendor contracts as well as setting in place all vendor contracts for 1 purchased government operational facility in the Austin Texas area.
Created annual budgets for 13 GSA operated facilities totaling 508,680 square feet, and established all local vendor contracts for each location. Created a Maintenance program for all HVAC, UPS, Life Safety, and Emergency Generators, servicing each location throughout the state of Texas. Brownsville, McAllen, Mission, Corpus Christi, Austin, Temple, Greenville, Dallas, Texas, and Tulsa Oklahoma.
Approved and paid all invoices and reported on variance reports to upper management and Asset Mangers representing ownership. Conducted weekly site visits and maintained all city and state code compliance as well as CAM and TI requirements.
