Project Title

Testing the consumable fitness of cooking oil by measuring electrical parameters.

Description

The main aim of this project is to develop a setup to test and determine the consumable fitness of cooking oil by measuring the dielectric constant for different physical parameters like frequency and temperature. Parameters such as density, viscosity and conductivity are measured to validate the results. The unit are interfaced with a microcontroller.
