Saw new admissions in the Emergency Department and hospital consults for the on call physician. Duties entailed History and Physical, Admission orders, Medication Reconciliation, and educated patients and their family regarding the disease process and health promotion.

Provided prudent care to patients at Elmore Community Hospital in the Emergency Department. Assess and implemented interventions based upon the immediate needs of patients and their families.
