Role & Responsibility -

Working in as an Site engineer, carry out detailed engineering works for the assigned construction contracts including-

Site supervision and inspection & developing detailed design.

Managing,supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues .

Communicating and liaising effectively with subcontroctors,,contrating civil engineers,co-workers and clients.

Managing change,as the clint may change their mind about the design,and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project.

Compiling,cheacking the approving reports.

Liasing with clients attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.

Day to day management of the site.

I have given resonsibility for supervision of faces which is executing by contractors.I thoroughly check all activity which is running at site and submitted daily progress report.The major works witch are checked by me are Shotcrete,Rock bolt fixing,Lattice girder,and Rib fixing as per drawing. Checking levels of Drainge PCC and invert Benching weather it is running in proper gradient which is essential for Draning out of water inside the tunnel.

I involved in grouting work inside the tunnel for controlling water seepage,by suggesting proper methodology of grouting

Execution of structures for pipe culvert, Box Bridge, Minor Bridge and major bridge

Planning and execution of works as per design & drawing.

Maintaing quality standards for all structural works.

Preparation of bar bending schedule and sub contractor bills.

Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods,quality and safety.

Study of the related documents such as drawing,plans etc.

Checking the quality of Rcc work such as foundations and super structures.

Checking the quality of concrete strengths regading the Grade,Seven days and twanty eight days test.
