Duties:

Installation of light fittings with switches, Socket outlets, emergency exit lights, SMDB (sub main distribution board), DB (distribution board), water heaters, Energy Meter (G3), Electrical motors, VFDs, Manual Transfer Switch (change over switch), MTS.

Termination and glanding of armoured cables.

Installations of cable tray, galvanized conduit pipe and trunking

Trouble shooting in electrical equipment.

Operations of power hand tools

Power Generator operation and monitoring

Carries out Maintenance on Facility Equipment including motor and Pumps, Generators, SMDBs, DBs and MCC panels, lighting system, etc.

Carry out regular site inspection rounds and follow-up on the findings.

Carry out regular Operations testing as required of equipment and report on the finding.

Mastered the use of measuring/testing instruments such as Mega, ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters and testing lamps.

Raise clear defect notifications as required.

Carry out regular site walk downs and report on HSE finding.

Ensure that the work areas are kept in a clean and tidy state in order that work can be carried out safely and effectively.

Daily routine check of operating condition of facilities equipment and report to supervisor.

Ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed to keep facilities equipment in proper operating conditions.

Knowledge on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) which includes maintenance on FCUs (fan coil units) and AHUs (air handling units), Replacements of thermostats and actuator valves, blower fans and motors.
