Preparing and follow up Operational Risk Self Assessment (ORSA) for all departments in Administration Division.

Maintain N/C staff data with locations and update transfers accordingly.

Issue Incident reports related to the division and follow up the status.

Prepare action plans for any issues related to Central Bank of Egypt audit issues and ensure closure within the target dates.

Prepare and update organizational charts and capacity plans related to Administration Division.

Maintain a tracker for staff leaves and update it accordingly, report it to them as requested.

Maintain a tracker to track all internal audit issues related to Administration Division and handle them with the concerned unit.

Contracts & MI Officer

Barclays Bank Egypt (Sourcing Function)

Responsibilities:

Establishing a system to follow up contracts expiry dates

Uploading the contracts to a system on the intranet to receive a notification to monitor the contracts expiry dates (Sourcing WorkBench project)

Responsible of the physical and electronic storage of the contracts inline with Sourcing policy .

Assist in Managing the administration of contracts for Sourcing & Procurement in accordance with Sourcing Governance & Contracts toolkit

Assist in preparing Local MI reports

Assist in preparing Global MI reports

Assist in updating organizational chart & capacity plan

Updating of Business Continuity Plan in Sourcing Function & held a presentation to the staff on quarterly basis
