Participate with planning engineer and quantity engineer all the tasks of the project and the close out of each task with budgeting.

Served as the main point of contact for the Dubai municipality and Tecom municipality when their approval and participation was required.

Create bar lists in accordance with the project plans and schedule and coordinate with steel factory or fabrication department to insure on time delivery to the site location.

Oversaw the testing and creation of a total of 375 pre-cast piles on these two projects. Supervised the construction of a 4900 cubic meters raft foundation and podium area; carried out compaction, block work, water proofing and steel work fitting.
