• From Mar2017-till now work as Logistics supervisor at National Motors Egypt (automotive company)

Prepare suggesting order, study orders and prepare demand order every month.

Negotiate price, terms and conditions of procurement material in order to increase efficiency in reducing cost.

Place purchase orders on Pro-Active System in accordance with established procedures and follow up delivery of material to the concerned project / store etc.

Coordinate with accounting department on supplier’s payment /invoices

Contribute to the development and formulation of purchasing procedures and practices as required.

Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, and Request for Proposal. Provide assistance to user departments, when required, in the preparation of specifications, etc.

Follow up the process with suppliers' orders.

Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.

Handling all kind of vehicle, Machinery/Equipment Spare Parts, Generators, compressors, pumps etc.

Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.

Maintain files of clients & suppliers.

Monitor W/H stock from items and total value of items and prepare data and reports about stock, collect and review all need reports for all branches.

Involved in stocktaking process and report the difference to top management

Determine stock problems and reasons of dead stock and slow moving items or damaged items.

Prepare special analysis for each item and prepare consolidation analysis for all items, and prepare daily report for issues items.

Study branches needs and transfer goods to them if it is necessary.

Control document cycles and make sure it is regular and has not any mistakes.

Random tock taking for all W/H.

Responsible for stock moving items that will expired soon.

Responsible for avoiding issues from safety stock.

Resolve problems that related to transportation and logistics systems.

Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and sub-contractors to improve the supply chain.

Analyze areas of corporate logistics to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies.

• From Dec 2015-Feb 2017, work as Logistics specialist at Technical Services Company (company working in oil and gas filed)

Plans and schedules the shipment of goods and materials from/to offshore or overseas locations.
