Mars, Inc., is an American global manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and other food products. TCS maintaining the supply chain planning (SCP) applications for MARS. Mars supply chain planning operating by using JDA SCPO suite spreading across Europe (EU), Asia Pecific(AP) and North America(NA) regions and The role is primarily focused on technical and functional support to the end-users. The project is maintenance and support of JDA by communicating directly with the users and Functional Experts. Versions supported include JDA V7.6 to JDA V8.1. I have been handling Incident Management, problem tickets and change requests.

Working on production issues reported and providing resolutions by involving JDA product knowledge.

UMG is a solution support, development and maintenance of JDA Manugistics solution for UMG planning system, in this project my role is Onsite Coordinator and technical consultant at offshore responsible for client interactions, requirement gatherings, Manage all functions of service delivery from onsite and SPOC, manage offshore team and technical and operational day-to-day support for JDA Manugistics and data interfaces as well as assistance with other planning activities and Change Requests developments.
