The gaps in my employment were all voluntary. I stayed home (1998-2001) and (2010-2013) to help my wife focus on her career. November 2015 to January 2017 was to rehabilitate a successful Rotator Cuff surgery on my left shoulder which was not work related and have made a full recovery from. I have never filed for or received unemployment pay.
