Microsoft Project Server Application Administrator (November, 2017 – Present)

Application administrator, responsible for security and ongoing support of the Project Server 2013 environment. Reporting to IT Director.

Managing security access for all divisions of project managers. Providing ongoing support to 120+ PMs.

Overseeing multiple procedures for managing 1,000 projects while working multiple development efforts.

Migrating existing Excel based pivot table reports to Microsoft Power BI reports.

Upgrading the training program for all project managers, providing hands-on training.

Program Delivery Manager (November, 2015 – June 2017)

Program Manager for Day 1 and Day 2 integration of all IT functional areas and systems between two very large Fortune 500 semiconductor companies. Reporting to CIO.

As IT Program Lead, successfully completed the systems integration of all business applications and infrastructure between Broadcom and Avago Technologies. Managed a PMO of 12-14 project managers.

Generated weekly status reports to CIO, consolidating 180+ Microsoft project plans. Provided weekly slide decks that summarized overall status for CIO. Also pulled together information for monthly updates on program to CEO.

Responsible for development and support of all business applications, including Financials, Sales, Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, Quality, HR and Document Management systems. Supervised team of up to 38 people, made up of diverse application developers, Oracle Database Administrators, and team leaders.

Consistently achieved very high on-time delivery (80%+) and high quality customer assessment on projects, while often overseeing 20 active projects being worked at one time, across development team. Completed 42 distinct IT application projects and achieved similar strong performance levels.

Created, managed and analyzed yearly financial budgets of up to $4 million.
