Highlands Regional Medical Center, Sebring, FL. (Volunteer in the Discharge Department, July 10, 2017 to present). Duties include delivering newspapers to patient rooms, transporting patients to their vehicles, helping visitors find their way around the hospital, assisting in the Admitting Department, attending Board Meetings, and protecting patient information by adhering to HIPAA Regulations. Recently promoted to Department Coordinator.
