Besides that,

I have experiences in following areas;

- Overall management of the project on a day-to-day basis, including personnel, subcontracts, training, administrative support and financial management activities.

- Monitoring and supervision of the project (together with International staffs) in peace, health, human rights, education as well as research related projects.

- Preparing the work plans, training plans, travel plans, recruitment plans and procurement plans to facilitate the implementation of the project.

- Development of the planning document, including Log Frame, monitoring plan, activity plan and job descriptions in coordination with donors and advisor

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding the progress of the project

(together with national / International staffs)

- Reaching out to as well as communication and coordination with government line agencies

(such as minority related statutory commissions, government health facilities in central as well as district levels and other policy making bodies), further concerned stakeholders and relevant CSOs

- Close coordination of project activities with implementing district partners and media partners

- Coordination and organization of project related activities and events

(together with national / internal staffs)

- Coordination and communication of project related matters to the donors & partners

- Supporting the project finance officer in project finance related tasks

- Conducted Rapid Assessment (RA) & Reporting to implement project SIAP (Support to Inclusive & Accountable Peace) in five Hill districts- Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhuli, Udayapur & Okhaldhunga

- Media campaign to contribute in improving the quality of relief distribution and post- earthquake recovery works in Nepal which is transparent, efficient and based on the needs of the local people. Producing the episodes of TV program “Mat Abhimat “from affected districts (Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhupalchowk, Dhading, Lamjung, Nuwakot) which was on-air by NTV.
