This building has a roof parking lot, basement parking lot, and major site work that involves ramps, underground drainage structure, and other concrete works. Chevy Dealership, Huntington New York. Owner: Atlantic Auto. Ground up steel frame building, 35,000SF.LEED project, valued at $6Mil. This building has a deep basement that encloses mechanical bay thus major excavation, footing, foundation were required.. This auto dealership is built on wooded land, thus requires major land clearing. Site work also involves underground drainage structures, double-deck slab, ramps, sidewalk. Entertain bids, interview and sign up outside consultants. Lead design team, consultants and 3 in-house architects on project design. Supervise 4 field superintendents and assist-superintendents. Collaborate with Owner and his equipment venders on system integration. Communicate with local DOB and utility agencies on inspection and utility. Preside over weekly team meeting, Owner’s Meeting, and sub meeting. Peer-review of drawings for system conflict.

Solicit bids and procure contracts with all trades. Direct MEPS coordination process with trades.

June 99 – June 06 TURNER CONSTRUCTION, 375 Hudson Street, New York, NY Project Engineer Efficiently complete various jobs as project engineer Museum of Modern Arts, Showroom facility, Long Island City, Queens. This is a complete gut rehab project, 180,000 SF, 37 Million Dollars. Building has 3 stories and 2 level of basement. Project also involves Structural support through-out, new roof, and complicated HVAC systems that maintain dedicate temperature for art storage, and visitor comfort.
