Order Management and Product configuration

Du Siebel CRM application provides telecom services to UAE and Middle East. Du provided the base for the call center agent to create the customer and account related data and to raise the orders and provide their fulfilment. Being a front end, it basically managed with order, contracts and Ticketing. It is running on Siebel Power Communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a developer my responsibilities involves –

●Work with the Low Level Designing.

●Code analysis.

●Siebel configuration development and testing.

●Fixing defects found in SIT/UAT.

●Worked on VBC, EAI, EIM, Task, Config and workflows.

●Delivered business critical CRs in time to client.

●Worked in Solving E2E defects .

●Worked in design part of CRs to provide solution by coordinating with business and other components.
