Title: To develop a Temperature sensor control for a Plastic Injection Molding Machine

Role: To prepare the design and simulation using Proteus 8 Professional & MPLAB V8.84 & PIC Microcontroller 16F877a.

Used Sensor: ‘J’ type thermocouple control up to 400 C.

Advantages:

Easy to identify the failure in heater zone.

To avoid the wastages of Materials, reduce the cost.

Alert the operator via LED Indicators and Buzzer.

Able to control the temperature deviation using PIC to increase and decrease, compare with the predetermined values.
