Roles and Responsibilities:-

Responsible for NOC (Network Operations), Clients and Carriers.

NOC Handling (National, International).

Configuration (Routing), Troubleshooting and testing of VoIP services.

Carrier testing and coordination.

New route creation as per test parameters.

Monitor VoIP servers/ switch and raise trouble ticket to client’s/venders.

Resolving tickets opened by Clients in timely manner.

Route/traffic analysis as per SIP error codes in real time monitoring.

Configure and make live client’s accounts on VoIP Switch, VOS3000, NEXGE, ITEL, Dialer.

Traffic Load Balancing

Creating accounts in PBX.

Weekly Server Maintenance.

New Carriers creation on Dialer

Creating DID and Reseller Accounts.

Routing the calls as per required scenario.

Performing manual testing on destination’s via vendor, to check their performance.

Dispute analysis, rates verification and CDR analysis.

Monitoring port usage graph on sensitive Client/Vendor.

CDR monitoring for profitability on each successive carrier/client.

Rate and routing management to various clients (LCR based routing).

Making reseller endpoints, calling Plan, bindings, routes etc.

Configuration and troubleshooting of SIP devices.

Troubleshooting issue related voice codec’s G723, G729, G711 etc.

Troubleshooting the network for connectivity related issues to trace the source of problem.

Taking Packet captures by Wireshark and analyzing the packets.

Messages (1XX, 2XX, 3XX, 4XX, 5XX) and the ISDN Cause Code.

Troubleshooting of Voice issues (call drop, voice problem, call failed, codec issues, PDD, DTMF, ASR, ACD issues etc).
