My Name is Veronica Nelson. Until recently I was employed with BD/Carefusion Medical Device Manufacturing. My job title was Team Leader and a Machine Operator.

As lead associate I provided day to day leadership for a high volume production team.

I excelled while performing various manufacturing roles, including light and high speed hand assembly, medical device machine operator and quality inspection. I also performed SAP transactions. I am highly trained in SOP and GMP procedures. I have been involved in numerous state, county, and international audits, including FDA and

ISO 9000 customers. I scheduled daily work for team members, held shift and managers start up meetings. I allocated labor based on scheduling requirements. I also recorded and analyzed performance tracking and successfully trained new hires. My employment at Bectin and Dickinson was very fulfilling until their to Utah and Mexico.

These companies enriched the health of patients, doctors and nurses.

I’ve never been a relief worker but I can make a difference.
