and dispensing of assistive hearing devices including hearing aids in several hearing aid centers in

August 2012-June 2014 Contracting Educational Audiologist for two school districts, Northwest
ISD and Castleberry ISD
August 2005- August 6th 2010 Clinical Audiologist for Dr. Henry Carder, M.D., F.A.C.S. (2. to
2.5) days per week specializing in pediatric diagnostics.
October 2006 –Aug1 2010 Clinical and Dispensing Audiologist for Dr. Byron Mullins, M.D. ENT
all ages and groups. Diagnostics and balance function testing. Treatment of BPPV with a variety
of Repositioning Maneuvers. (3 days per week). Dispensing of ALDs or other signaling devices
when appropriate to maximize patient safety and functionality. Treatment of BPPV with a variety
of Repositioning Maneuvers. (3 days per week)
December 2000- June 2003 Owner and Clinical Dispensing Audiologist of Sonus of Rio Rancho,
NM. Primarily dispensing digital hearing instruments and ALDs to maximize functional
communication ability. Trouble-shooting and restoration of hearing instruments including
verification by electro-acoustic analysis and real ear for every patient. I also offered small repairs
of all makes and brands of hearing instruments for “walk ins” maintaining maximum performance
for all hearing aid wearers. Contract Audiologist with Intel of Rio Rancho managing the hearing
conservation program at the facility.
September 2001- December 2004 Owner and Clinical Dispensing Audiologist Sonus of Santa Fe,
NM. All duties listed above at Rio Rancho plus I served as the contract audiologist one half day
per month at some of the most affluent senior residential facilities in Santa Fe trouble shooting and
on site repairs with electro-acoustic verification.
June 1998-November 2000 Clinical Dispensing Audiologist at Ft. Sam Houston working on
contract for Spectrum Healthcare. Diagnostics including balance system assessments, newborn
infant screening program administrator for non-enlisted family members. Dispensing Audiologist
dispensing to non-enlisted family members including real ear verification for every patient.
April 1995-May 1998 Clinical Dispensing Audiologist South Texas Hearing & Balance Center.
Promoted to Clinical Director of Audiology in May 1997, I was the “fireman” specializing in
working with clinically challenging hearing instrument patients. This is where I shine the
brightest with my technical knowledge and interpersonal skills I am able to instantly turn the “mad
day” into the “glad day” by resolving the problem there at the time if humanly possible. If not an
appropriate “loaner aid” would be provided free until patients own aids come back from factory
