My role involved leading all the testing activities in my organization & defining the standards and methodologies for the projects. I was also involved in the Change Management Process and represented Canada Technologies in the Weekly discussions. For one of the benefits project – Flex Plus, I was responsible for taking over the role of a BA for a short time as the project had no BA.
