August 2017 to Present - Business Analyst:

Driving CD/CDA Adoption - Every team under Cisco IT needs to adopt CD pipeline and start using the dashboard to make their development process easier and faster. The dashboard further gives insights like the unit test coverage, quality metrics and developer contribution. This could be used by teams to assess and improve their performance. I have been working to promote the usage of CD pipeline and the CDA dashboard by presenting insights into the data of the teams and making teams appreciate the importance of using the pipeline and the dashboard. I have been collecting feedback from teams through survey forms to bring about the required changes in our dashboard. I hold a SAFe Practitioner for teams certification and I co-deliver trainings alongside a Certified SAFe Program Consultant to teams and help bringing about this transformation across Cisco IT. August 2016 to August 2017 - Front End Developer:

Continuous Delivery Analytics Dashboard - A near real time consolidated view of the end-to-end delivery pipeline is highly essential. This view and a series of developer metrics are critical to the success of any organization. To achieve this, a dashboard was required to aggregate the results from the pipeline and visualize the results. In that way, the aggregated results could be analyzed and used to evaluate the performance of a specific team or even a specific individual in a team. I worked as a Front-End Developer on the Continuous Delivery Dashboard, putting together the required UI features leveraging the tools of Web Designing such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.

- Completed B.E Computer Science at PSG College of Technology with a CGPA of 8.38 UNDERGRADUATE PROJECTS:

Performance of HADOOP in virtualized and non-virtualized environment: The project aims at comparing the performance and metrics (CPU utilization, total execution time, memory usage) of Hadoop in a virtualised environment for a single node cluster with the performance of Hadoop in the non-virtualized environment. Virtualization is achieved by means of the VmWare player and Xen hypervisor. Comparative studies were made based on CPU utilization, Execution time, Memory utilization. Results proved that execution time remains the same in both the cases; but virtualized environment provides for better utilization of resources. SCHOOLING:
