Provisioned MetaSolv, Martens, & Siebel for DSL orders.
If a new dslam was installed, I provisioned orders to make the DSL work at the correct speed on the correct card/port.
When a port went bad, I changed the card/port for the techs in Martens & in the dslam, whether it was a Calix, CTDI, Adtran, or Paradyne dslam.
Helped cutover existing customers to new Dslams.
