Water intake calculate according set units like metric and fl oz and statistics in graphs. It’s supports Apple watch and is integrated with Apple Health. 7 Min Workout :-
Burn fat and lose weight with 7 minutes fullbody workout using this app including the personal trainer with voice and video instructions.
Using this app track the daily workout history as well as weight lose graph.
You have also set the rest time in between every exercises. 30 Day Fitness Challenge :-
Invest some minutes daily for 30 days of your life and observe your body getting into the shape you aim for. Start with regular warm ups followed by exercises that will slim your entire body.
