Customer Quality Manager – Auburn Hills, MI (May 2016 – present) Focal point for all customer quality related issues. Current customers included BMW, VW, Daimler and Volvo. Responsibilities include:

• Quality support during development and launch phase of programs.

• Follow up for all warranty activities.

• Lead and support customer audits.

• Track the main quality KPIs within the organization and with the customer.

• Organization of monthly reviews to present quality metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

• Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management.

• Supervised all regulatory compliance activities.

• Helped to enforce quality assurance policies and best practices covering safety, design, production and inspection.
