Customer Quality Manager – Auburn Hills, MI (May 2016 – present) Focal point for all customer quality related issues. Current customers included BMW, VW, Daimler and Volvo. Responsibilities include:

• Quality support during development and launch phase of programs.

• Follow up for all warranty activities.

• Lead and support customer audits.

• Track the main quality KPIs within the organization and with the customer.

• Organization of monthly reviews to present quality metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

• Project steering committee member helping to guide the direction of the global quality deployment, providing key strategies for continuous improvement.

• Leading a team consisting of 2 customer quality Managers, 1 customer quality supervisor and 16 field reps.

Program Manager – Hamburg, Germany (Jun 2013-May2016) Coordinated different projects in Europe from the conception, pre-production through to completion. Held responsibility for overseeing the review, initiation and execution and supported the customer meetings and transfer of information. Spent time liaising with the customer to ensure successful design and manufacture of products.

Supplier Quality Manager – Hamburg, Germany (May2008-Jun 2013) Moved to Germany to support coordination of suppliers for all programs around Europe. Responsibilities included:

• Providing feedback for sourcing decisions.

• Presented all supplier KPIs and presented to Management on a monthly basis. Accomplishments included:

• Reduction of quality related issues during launches by 20%.

• 100% on time completion of supplier APQP.

Quality Engineer – Queretaro, Mexico (Sept 2006-April 2008)

• Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management.

• Supervised all regulatory compliance activities.

• Helped to enforce quality assurance policies and best practices covering safety, design, production and inspection.
