Served as a senior member on the National Operations Leadership Team actively participating in strategy development and execution for all National Operations initiatives across the firm Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Purchasing Services at Insurance Services Office where I led Procurement, Central Filing, Print Production, and Mail as national functions. There I transformed a tactical and transactional purchasing organization into one that was strategically focused, delivering value through supplier rationalization, proactive cost reduction, supplier performance management, and demand management. I also led strategic initiatives across my other functions including the implementation of electronic document management. This resulted in fast, accurate, “anytime-anywhere” access to the organization’s key documents at a time when this was still an emerging technology.
