Project Description: Asurion/National Electronics Warranty (better known as NEW Corp) provides the Extended Warranty services at most stores that sell electronics in the Americas and UK:

Responsibilities:

Core Member of the Ops Team and Offshore team management.

Migration of Linux environment to AWS Linux environment.

Migrated Pega servers to AWS cloud. Build Pega CICD pipeline using prpcService utils and Jenkins.

Working knowledge and good understanding on most of the AWS service including ECS, Benstalk, SSM, Route53, S3, Elastisearch, IAM, Autoscalling and Load balancing.

Building, Managing and deploying Docker images to support Development, Testing Teams and their pipelines

Responsibilities:

Providing round the clock first line support to Operations and Product Support, wherein we can address the product support issues.

Monitor the Product Support queue for the client product (i2a) and report proper stake holders when required.

Co-ordinate with the Product Support Team on the requests (voice message & emails) and get these requests a proper attention.
