Managing a team of 6 support engineers.

Acision working with FET on the project of iSMSC Phase 1.5 since mid of 2010 where Acision had completed the SMSC13 expansion of TP2900 Linux and upgraded successfully SMSC 11 from TP2800 to TP2900.Now FET wants a new telepath SMSC for catering more traffic. This project is actually an installation of new SMSC with the latest Telepath SMSC application version i.e I05.

The scope of Work:

Preparing site preparation plan, Customer questioner, and IP Plan.

Platform installation i.e Next Gen Platform (a Customized version of Redhat) including HotFixes.

Installation of Telepath SMSC including the latest Service Pack and Hotfixes.

Integration of Telepath SMSC with Core Network element over Sigtran and ESME for SMPP traffic.

Making system ready for RFA

Customization & performing CATP along with the customer.

Indian Army has a telepath 2750 SMSC installed in their premises, the same has ended its life term in terms of support and it needs to be replaced with new hardware and the latest version of Telepath SMSC.

Migration of old configuration and application to new hardware from v2750 to latest version.

The scope of Work:

Creation of Site preparation plan, Customer Questioner and IP Plan along with the customer.

Hardware installation onsite along with HP Engineer and make the system power on.

Implementation of Acision Message Controller Zain Airtel will have the benefits like MO routing, Rule-Based Decision Logic, control, CDR Logging in either XML or CSV format and SNMP Alarming.
