Reception:
Physical reception of raw materials inside the warehouse and storing according to rules of storage.
Register delivery note on SAP system after inspection by quality
Manage minimum stock and re-order point according to production plans and lead time, to insure materials stock always available.
Control delivery notes versus physical receptions and inform procurement team regarding differences.
Supply Raw materials to production:
Providing raw materials required to production with respecting safety rules.
Insure maintain warehouse policy FEFO (first expiry first out) to keep using raw materials before end of its shelf life.
Solve issues regarding supply of raw materials to production with analysis of route causes and manage action plans to solve issues.
Safety:
Apply safety rules defined in the factory by his team regarding raw materials storage, forklift...etc.
Scrap management:
Responsible for scrap sold-out control on daily basis to customer.
Delivery scrap to customer quantity and time to avoid any increasing in scrap stock inside the factory.
Signing approval for sold quantity and pricing.
